An editing of the character’s “deaths” in Operation Flashpoint, a video game set in the Cold War context and once used as a military training tool.

Each death is accompanied by quotations from philosophers, writers, politicians, or artists referring to war and death.

The result is an ironic intertextual commentary, a paradoxical estrangement.
